While scrolling through Instagram and looking at some designers' feeds I came across a mention of this book so decided to look it up on Amazon. I've always been a fan of a strong symbol and logo but had never understood how I would make one as bold and slick as the ones I see. This book definitely helps, it's a collection of "abstract and figurative trademarks" ranging from simple circle based icons to animal based.
It's filled with every kind of inspiration you'd need for designing an icon, even with small case studies of renowned designs that you will recognise. A great book and one I'll definitely keep using and hopefully improve my logo and icon designs in the future.
